The photos aren’t great, since it was getting dark when I took down the decorations, but I wanted to share a new tradition that my sister and I have got going – family decorations.
Each year we’re going to make one for each other and another one for ourselves. I love that it’s going to add even more memories to our trees.

This poinsettia was made by my sister.
Given that I didn’t have a tree this year, they were hung off the beaded wire decorating one the the prints in our living room, and actually it really showed them off. :)

What a great tradition to start. This year we had a handmade tree and loved it, so many memories with each handmade ornament.
